Ella Major
Behavioural & Mindset Coach, Teacher
As well as being a certified Mindset Coach, my professional background is in teaching and I have taught in various secondary schools around the world for the past 6 years.
​
In my first few years in the workplace, I witnessed a number of colleagues struggling with self-confidence and setting boundaries which ultimately led to burnout, low job satisfaction and sick leave.
​
Seeing this had a huge impact on my life, and I knew that something had to change. After investing in a mindset coach myself, my entire outlook on my life changed. I got clear on my purpose, I shifted my beliefs about myself, and I learnt how to develop consistent habits.
​
I went on to qualify as a mindset coach and completed further certifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to understand how our thoughts, beliefs and feelings impact our daily behaviours.
My mission is to help busy women find clarity, confidence and consistency in both their personal and professional lives. I believe in the power of making change accessible for everyone through small, easy and sustainable steps.

Rebecca Naismith
Personal Trainer, Mental Health & Exercise Coach
Before becoming a qualified coach, I worked in marketing and advertising for several years. Like many people, I struggled to find passion in my work which led to a feeling of disconnect, stress and low self-worth.

These feelings had a huge impact on my life. But joining a gym and discovering exercise changed all of that. Fitness fundamentally shifted my outlook, gave me back my confidence and opened the gates to a new career path as a Personal Trainer and Mental Health & Exercise Coach.
​
My mission is to empower others to overcome their own limitations. I am a huge believer in the impact of movement and mindset on health. But my philosophy isn’t centred on heavy gym sessions or hard dieting. It’s about implementing realistic healthy habits, prioritising performance-based goals and seeing long-lasting results.
